When you shop with us we need:,
- Your name, shipping address, email address, and phone number
- Payment details (processed securely via Shopify Payments / PayPal / Afterpay – we never see or store your full card number)
- Order details and any messages you send us

You may also choose to give us extra info (e.g., your pet’s name for a gift note).

2. How we use your information
We only use it to:
- Fulfil and ship your order
- Communicate with you about your order or enquiries
- Send you occasional newsletters or special offers (only if you opt in - you can unsubscribe any time)
- Improve our website and customer experience
- Comply with Australian tax and consumer law

3. Who we share your information with
Very limited, trusted partners only:
- Australia Post / Sendle (for delivery)
- Shopify (our website platform)
- Payment providers (Shopify Payments, PayPal, Afterpay)

All of these companies are bound by strict privacy rules and can only use your data to provide the service we ask for.

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

4. Legal bases (Australia + GDPR)
We collect and process your data under:
- Contract - to fulfil your order
- Consent - for marketing emails (revocable any time)
- Legal obligation - for tax and accounting records (we keep order data for 7 years as required by the ATO)

- Update or correct your details
- Ask us to delete your data (except where we must keep it for legal reasons)

We use industry-standard SSL encryption. Payment details are handled directly by Shopify and PCI-DSS compliant gateways – we never see your full card number. All data is stored in Australia or in GDPR-compliant jurisdictions

We use small cookies to make the website work properly and to understand how visitors use our site (via Shopify Analytics and Google Analytics – anonymised). You can disable cookies in your browser if you prefer.
