Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your bowl arrives cracked, leaking, or damaged, simply send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we’ll replace it (including return shipping within Australia). No need to send the original back if it’s damaged.

Change of mind
We don’t offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, but if your pet decides the vibe isn’t for them, reach out. We’re a tiny Australian family business and we’ll always try to find a loving solution (store credit, partial refund, or helping you gift it to a friend with pets).

Non-returnable items
- Gift cards
- Items that have been used, damaged by chewing or misuse (we know accidents happen – just be honest with us)
