Australian Orders
- Flat-rate $20 for all Australian Orders
- Express shipping available at checkout
- Orders ship within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday)
- Sent via Australia Post or Sendle – both carbon-neutral
- Tracking number emailed the moment it leaves us

International Orders
- Shipping calculated at checkout
- Sent via Australia Post International
- Delivery times: 7–21 business days depending on destination
- You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees in your country
- Tracking provided for every international order

Important Notes
- We ship Monday–Friday (excluding NSW public holidays)
- Pre-orders and new releases will show the exact dispatch date on the product page
- Rural or PO Box addresses may take a little longer – we’ll always keep you updated

Lost or delayed parcels
- If your tracking stops moving for more than 10 business days (Australia) or 30 days (international), contact us and we’ll do everything we can to get you your order, options include reship or refund.
